Poulet

Hello guys! How was your day? I have just been slacking at home doing nothing. Just browsing through Twitter, IG, FB and G+ and pressing the refresh button couple of times when there's nothing new. Haha. And I'm lazy to go out 'cause I'm running short of $$ and some of my friends are working. Also, I need some time to just chillax. Ugh, so starting tomorrow I'll have to resume my clinical attachment so I'm just grabbing some time to blog before I get tired and busy again. I don't have much to say about my attachment so far, but it isn't as bad as I expected and I hope it'll remain that way. But, I definitely have to say that I have learned many new things during that five days and every day is a challenge. And I can't let my mood affect what I'm doing because well, which patient likes to see a nurse with a black face? On the upside, I feel genuinely happy when talking to them. Okayokay, I'll write more about this after my attachment ends. :D Now's the time for another thing.

If you see my insta, then you'll know that this is a super overdue post. Hahaha. But I can't resist writing about this because... it's food!

Yayy, so I went out together with my family to West Gate for lunch. On the way~~

Emoji to block my mother's arm. HAHAHA.

Upon arriving, we entered this French restaurant called Poulet. I have actually passed by it many times but didn't dare go in cause I entered it once with my friends. It happened like this. We looked at the menu, didn't know what to order, and walked out. Without eating. Hahaha. So embarrassing. This happened at another outlet anyway but I didn't dare to step in any of their outlets after that incident.

I'm really I got to eat there because I really wanted to try out their food. The interior looked so nice. I think it was due to the lighting that all of the photos had a romantic feel to it. Hehe.

The setting just brings back memories.

Mushroom soup. It's more creamy compared to those in Pizza Hut and those instant ones. But no, it's not salty and I love that there's a lot of mushroom bits inside! ILOVEMUSHROOMS <3

The soup is damn thick! Completely worth the money.

Fishy fishy

The chicken is a must try there! So well-cooked and tender! And omg, the sauce makes it sooo much tastier.

 Mash potato!

Pork. Lolol, forgot what's the name. But the dark sauce is sweet and sour.

I'd rather you guys don't order this because it's practically tasteless. Unless you want a healthy serving of veggie.

Yes! They put a slice of lemon in the water. *.* It's good for the skin and healthy for the body too!

                                                                                *Hold*

*Dip*
                                                                     *Lift and prepare to eat*

Chicken definitely well-cooked. No redness, see?

                                                                   Dessert: Tiramisu! *.*
                                                                              <33
Do give it a try! It's so softtt. By far the best I have ever tried.

The staff there were really nice and I felt very welcome stepping inside haha. The atmosphere there was like a casual dining restaurant. The bill was above $130. Sorry I can't remember the exact price since it was a few months back. Thanks to my uncle for treating us. We had a great time eating there. Hehehe. Be sure to press the 'open' button when going through the exit door because it's transparent and my Aunty bumped into it LOL.
Rating: 7.5/10

Look at that huge cup in the middle! :O

Balancing perfectly.

It was a huge sticker on the floor and some people happened to be taking photos with it too. Apparently it was used for some sort of online contest. I just saw the cup, got excited and took a picture. Hahaha. Nope, didn't bother with the contest.

Went down to the basement for a walk and saw this cuttteee display in one of the shops.

That's all for now. Wish me luck for the next two weeks. Actually, for the whole semester break. Hahaha. Come back soon for more updates! Thanks for reading! (:
