Grandma's and Bro's Birthday

Celebrated my (maternal)grandmother's birthday a few weeks back. I guess it's the biggest celebration we've had in years. My aunt and uncle booked a chalet for the celebration for 3 days 2 nights. The celebration was on the 2nd night though -a Saturday, and since I needed to work on both days, I figured I could go to the chalet on Saturday afternoon after work. However, due to some unhappy circumstances, I was only able to leave in the early evening. Tsk. That means I missed out on most of the fun. I had to take the MRT all the way from Jurong East to Pasir Ris by myself. Ugh, not to mention tired and sweaty. It was a boring 1 hour.

Once I arrived, I realised that all of my relatives had already arrived before me and that I was the last one. I hate making people wait for me(especially when I'm the last one). Not a good feeling. So I greeted everyone, wished my Grandma a happy birthday and ate. Hey, I was hungry. And no, it's not barbecued food, it's food ordered from catering. Oh well, the I would have missed out on the barbecuing part anyway. And dang, I was the oldest out of the children there. On the plus side, there were quite a few cute little children. Hahaha, younger than my brother too. Sorta played with some of them a little while. Then it was BIRTHDAY CAKE TIME!

                                                                     Ain't the cake pretty? ^^

                                                                The 2 protagonists!

I think my Ah Ma's very cute in the video lol. Or is it just me?

Blow~

Holding one of those chinese banners that simply says "live long and healthily".
Lol, don't know who thought of the idea. It's a good one, nonetheless.

Managed to take a selfie with Grandma!
She's one of my most beloved family!! ^-^

Sorry there were no birthday presents for you guys. I'll make it up! I'm glad I could make it to the to the celebration though! I'm forever thankful that you two are my family!! <3 p="">
