February's Black Box

   I have subscribed to The Black Box some time last year, but this is the first time I have actually received my own black box. Why? Because previously, their system was that of a first-come-first-served basis. Meaning that you actually have to go to their website during that specific period a time to reserve your place for one. And I ALWAYS miss out on checking my email during that period of time and even when I do, by then it's all gone. I was starting to think when it'll ever be my turn and why did I even subscribe for it ... Fortunately! They came up with a new system recently that is fairer for all black box subscribers - balloting.

                                                     So here's what's in February's black box.

                                                        The box is of really good quality!

                    The first thing I see! The Darlie toothpaste I've always wanted to try! Good timing!

                                                        Quite a few masks ;) Hehehe.

    I drank the original flavour before and it really kinda tasted like soya milk; just a little diluted in the taste. Then again, it's in powder form, so can't expect too much. In addition, they've included the black soy milk flavour which I haven't tried before!

   I find The Black Box quite useful as it helps me to discover new products at no cost at all. Sometimes, we buy new products but they end up not suitable for you or you dislike it(especially skincare products). In the end, you end up wasting the money and have to spend more time to find another product. With the black box, they find products for you and send their samples straight to your doorstep! YES, someone will knock on your door and personally hand it to you. So no worries about your box getting damaged. (: If you don't like any of the samples, then you'll know not to get it for yourself(saves that money). Furthermore, they send different products for each edition so tell me if it's great or what? However, each edition will only be sent bi-monthly: every two months. Still, it's good enough.
